Victoria Mejia is a seasoned leadership development professional and is committed to fostering diversity and inclusion, developing leadership competencies, and promoting racial justice. Her expertise as a facilitator, trainer, and public speaker has honed her skills in cross-cultural leadership and DEI training. Victoria has 21 years of experience in developing cross-cultural outreach programs and securing funding for program advancement and 16 years of that experience includes implementing DEI principles in the development of targeted leadership curriculum and supervising leadership development for students and professionals in higher education, non profit and faith-based settings. Victoria’s commitment to DEI, blend of professional expertise, educational background, and personal dedication coupled with her expertise as a facilitator, trainer, and public speaker, positions her as strong asset to the organizations and teams she serves. She currently serves as Associate Director of Leadership Development with the Latino Fellowship for InterVarsity, holds a Masters in Intercultural Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of the Pacific. She resides in Sacramento, California where she helps care for her parents and spends as much time as possible with her 5 year old niece.
